Ingredients:
Fructose, Psyllium Husk Powder, Natural Preservatives (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Apple Pectin, Guar Gum, Natural Flavourings, Sodium Bicarbonate, Slippery Elm Inner Bark Powder, Maltodextrin, Montmorillonite, Marshmallow Root Powder, Sodium Cyclamate, Natural Mixed Carotenoids, Alfalfa Herb Powder, Fennel Seed Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Sucralose, Peppermint Leaf Extract, Acesulfame Potassium, Black Walnut Hull Extract, Lactobacillus Sporogenes, Burdock Root Extract, Butternut Bark Extract and Dandelion Root Extract.

Directions:
Take 1 serving per day on an empty stomach and at least 1 hour away from food and medication or other nutritional supplements. Drink an additional 250 – 500ml (one or two large glasses) of water or other hydrating drink within the next hour after taking, and increase your total daily water intake to at least 2 litres per day. If required, increase dosage to 1 serving 2 times per day after 7 consecutive days of use. Children over 6 and under 12 take half to 1 serving daily.

Mixing instructions:
For each serving add the contents of one sachet to a glass, add 200 – 250ml of chilled water and stir vigorously until thoroughly mixed. Drink immediately – do not leave to stand.
