Carbonox™ is based on carefully combined carbohydrates sources, selected according to precisely defined profiles of the rate of digestion and release of monosaccharide into the bloodstream. The proportions of carbohydrate sources selected by a laboratory of high (glucose) and medium (maltodextrins) and low (innovative isomaltulose of extended release period) glycemic indexes ensure the stable saturation of the blood with the energy ingredients for a period of 2 hours from the time of taking the preparation.

The universality of the composition makes Carbonox™ a product, which can be successfully taken both after and during training, constituting a continuous source of energy for continuing long-term sports exercise. The high content of isomaltulose and maltodextrins ensures maintaining a stable insulin level during exercise, at the same time guaranteeing a stable effective supply of necessary energy ingredients for the working muscle cells.

The idea of using a comprehensive carbohydrate formula in Carbonox™ is also based on the assumption of the quickest possible and optimally high saturation of blood with monosaccharide, which is so necessary after exhausting training. The quick supply of easily absorbable energy ingredients in a state of the extreme exhaustion of the body ensures the highest possible utilisation of the body’s regeneration abilities, achieving the peak values during the post-training "anabolic window" (20-40 minutes after the end of exercising). The use of isomaltulose of extended release results in more effective regeneration of glycogen resources, because glucose and fructose released during its decomposition, more effectively rebuild together the muscle and liver glycogen.

Which products is it best to combine Carbonox™ with?

In order to intensify the body mass growth, this product should be combined after training with protein nutrients such as Mega Strong Protein™ or Whey Protein Complex 100%®.

Directions:

Take 2-4 portions a day, depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Add 1 portion (50 g - 90 measuring units = 3 scoops or 5 flat tablespoons) to °100 ml of water and drink approx.
30 min. before and just after training. Not suitable for diabetics. Keep out of reach of children!
