Directions for Hyper Strength Creatine Monohydrate:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving in water or juice beverage and consume.
Cycle creatine use as follows:
Load: For 3 days, take 4 servings (5g each serving) spaced out during the day for a total of 20g per day.
Maintenance: Following the load phase, take 1 serving daily for 8 weeks. Off-cycle:After 8 weeks on cycle, take 4 weeks off with no creatine supplementation, then begin a new on cycle with the load cycle followed by maintenance cycle.
We recommend consuming 3 liters of water daily while using any creatine product. Store in a cool, dry place.
