Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 4 Rapid Release Caplets, 8 in the morning with 8 ounces of water.
On training days take 4 Rapid Release Caplets immediately before exercise.
Consume at least 64 ounces of water per day while using XpandTM Caplets.
